Walking along the cobbled streets of Bergamo, Italy, is an enchanting experience. In the morning, the sunrise casts a rose gold hue over the town, which is perfumed by bergamot orange blossoms wafting in on soft fog. I’ve infused this blend of low-caffeine black teas with fragrant Italian bergamot, vanilla pods and a touch of almonds to create a luxurious Italian-style fog tea.

Brewing Guide

Into a warmed pot, pour 6 oz. boiling water over 2 tsp. of tea leaves and steep for 4 minutes.
Warm 8 oz. milk and froth, stir in 1-2 tsp.or 1 oz. Vanilla Simple Syrup or Orgeat (almond) or try adding a splash of Amaretto!
Strain tea and pour into two mugs and top each with 4 oz. creamy clouds of the warmed, frothed milk. Serves 2.

Serving Suggestions/Recipes

“Skinny” Fog Tea: Brew tea as above. Warm 6 oz of Low Sugar/Cal Almond, Cashew, Hemp or Coconut milk. When warm froth with Aero-Latte™. Stir in 4 drops of Vanilla Stevia. In an oversized cup, pour in the warmed frothed sweetened milk, then pour 2 oz. brewed tea in middle. Add more sweetener to taste. Enjoy!! 30-45 calories per 8 oz cup , 0 calories tea and 0 calories stevia.
